How do I submit an abstract to a science session?

Abstract submissions are made via the Oxford Abstracts portal, which opened on 14th August 2026.

When is the abstract submission deadline?

The deadline for submitting abstracts to the 2027 conference is 23:59 CEST, October 5. 2026.

Who can submit an abstract?

We welcome abstract submissions from researchers, policymakers, government agencies industry, and indigenous and community knowledge holders. Early career researchers and professionals are highly encouraged to submit abstracts.
