Senior Adviser
James Foan is a Senior Adviser for Arctic Frontiers and is responsible for the Big Picture portfolio. He has over 10 years of experience working for the UK Government, most recently as a trade negotiator for the Department for Business and Trade. He has experience conducting government-to-government negotiations and he has also acted as the UK representative on several international trade committees. James holds a Masters of Human Resources Management from Aston University and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Reading. James is originally from south-west England and speaks English and is conversational in Norwegian.
