Vincent’s main duty is to develop and organise the Student Forum, while additionally assisting other team members in planning and preparing the 2027 Arctic Frontiers conference. After completing a Bachelor of Laws at the Université de Sherbrooke and working for the Government of Québec in matters of international trade, he pursued an Erasmus Mundus International Master in Security, Intelligence and Strategic Studies at the University of Glasgow. His dissertation examined the legal implications of emerging security challenges in the Arctic, including disinformation campaigns and maritime hybrid threats.
